HealthHeChart is an online health management tool that allows St. Vincent Charity Medical Center to share your personalized health information. This portal will enable you to:
Review information about your previous hospitalizations
Manage your meeting requests
View your health summary, medication list, and test results published by your doctor.
CAN I ACCESS HEALTHECART ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER?
If you can, HealtheChart allows parents or legal guardians of minor children (18 years of age and under) to access portions of their children’s medical records.
HealtheChart can also be used by guardians or caregivers with ongoing authority over health-dependent adults to access parts of their loved ones’ medical records. With HealtheChart, you have the same convenient 24/7 online access to information and services for your dependent that you have with your own HealtheChart account. HOW CAN I USE MY OWN PERSONAL HEALTH ACCOUNT?
You can create your personal HEALTHeCharity via stvincentcharity.com or upon discharge from the hospital under the supervision of a St. Vincent Charity advocate.
ARE THERE MONTHLY FEES FOR HEALTHECART?
There are no fees. HEALTHeChart is offered free of charge to patients at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center.
If you have an urgent health issue, do not attempt to use HEALTHeChart to contact the St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. Immediately call 911 or your doctor’s office.
WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO EMAIL THE ST. VINCENT CHARITY MEDICAL CENTER DOCTOR BY HEALTHECART?
No, HEALTHeChart is not an email system, and we do not recommend that you send confidential information via standard Internet email. When activating your personal HEALTHeChart account, you will be asked to give your email address to receive an email notification enabling you to sign in to your secure HEALTHeChart account.
